Be honest
We admit mistakes or knowledge gaps and say how we’ll fix them. We give clear pricing quotes upfront with no hidden costs.
Put the client at the core
We only recommend things our client will truly benefit from. Even if that’s not us.
Support and release
We offer maintenance and/or training so our client’s not left in the wind. We give them logins and as much control over their site as they want. We let them and the site go freely when they want to move on.
